In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 83of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 7, 2020 "On the health of the people and the health care system," I hereby ORDER:
1. To approve:
1) a list of diseases that pose a danger to others, in which foreigners and stateless persons temporarily staying in the Republic of Kazakhstan, asylum seekers shall be entitled to receive a guaranteed amount of free medical care in accordance with Annex 1to this order.
2) the amount of medical care in which foreigners and stateless persons temporarily staying in the Republic of Kazakhstan, asylum seekers shall be entitled to receive a guaranteed amount of free medical care in accordance with Annex 2 to this order
2. recognized as invalid some orders of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with Annex 3 to this order.
3. the Department of Organization of Medical Care of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to ensure:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) place this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, submit to the Legal Department of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan of information on the implementation of the measures provided for in subparagraphs 1) and 2) of this paragraph.
4. Control over the execution of this order shall be entrusted to the supervising Vice-Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order shall enter into force upon expiry of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
