In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan," subparagraph 152-3) of paragraph 15 of the Regulation on the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 19, 2022 No. 580 "On some issues of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan," I hereby ORDER:
1. To approve the volume of knowledge of the state language at an elementary level of at least 15 (fifteen) points, the foundations of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan at least 20 (twenty) points, as well as the history of Kazakhstan at least 15 (fifteen) points upon admission to citizenship or restoration of citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Paragraph 1- in the wording of the order of the acting Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 20.08.2025 № 422 (shall enter into force after the day of its first official publication).2. the Language Policy Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the manner prescribed by law of the Republic of Kazakhstan to ensure:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Control over the execution of this order shall be entrusted to the supervising vice-minister of science and higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order shall come into force after the day of its first official publication.
